I little trip to the range

Managed to get to the public outdoor range sat. for a little plinking. Had the pleasure of meeting a young lady from Canada visiting her grandfather here in SC. Just happen to have the Armalite AR-50 on hand. She kept walking over to get a better look. Finally I said if your grandfather does not mind you can shoot it. She left the range with a huge smile on her face and an empty cartridge. (Hope she gets through customs OK when she heads back home).

Thanks. We need more folks like you and her grandfather shedding a positive light on shooting. I believe that ignorance is the primary fuel driving gun control. I've seen very few first time shooters that didn't walk away with an entirely new outlook on guns.
