just wait till you replace the rear sight blade!!!

Yeah...before you do that get a very large plastic trash bag and a head lamp. Then get inside the bag before you start to remove the rear sight blade. Turn the head lamp on, and if you're lucky you will be able to find the parts somewhere in the bag after you're done.
