Well, I just pus some of the finishing touches on the baby's room. (Only six weeks to go). Yes, it is green. VERY GREEN. All the stuff from that my wife got is centered around a jungle theme. So we matched the paint to the border of his comforter. It's very very green. Now that this is finished for today. I am going to go watch a western or something.

man card lost........

You'll be reclaiming your manhood the first time you change a poopy diaper.

yeah and when you change that first dirty diaper, the Missus won't even notice the doo doo you got on the wall! ha ha!

Congratualtions on the new (to be) addition.

You've already established your bona fides by being man enough to post a picture of your hard exacting work done with pride towards the arrival of a new loved one!

Reclamation

Good job, David. I recall with a lump in the throat painting a room - over 40 years ago - for a baby . She's now a lovely woman.

You haven't lost anything; you are building wonderful memories for a lifetime. Guard them well.

Regards,

Dyson

Taking on such a project only reinforces your manhood, David. Good job!

Six weeks to go? That's got to be pretty exciting!

We'll want pictures, of course. <smile>

Reclaim your manhood?

Don't feel bad about that Dave... There are a few of us here now that are trying to remember how you make a baby!:eek:

My wife and I went to see "Howard the Duck" in the theatre the day before we birthed our second child. She was a scheduled C section up in Lafayette. We drove up the day before checked into a hotel and went to the movies to kill time We STILL laugh at that one! ;)
BTW-that was 23 years ago as of this past August 12th-goodness time travels fast when you're having fin.

That's All Man

Making the mommy to be happy is what its all about.

Nothing unmanly about putting together cribs, baby stuff, etc. It's time you'll treasure one day. Before you know, they'll be smoking cigars and drinking your Scotch. Then they'll turn ten and really start growing up...
