Just got a new Mr. Bulletfeeder for my Dillon RL650. This thing is great. I've been loading everything testing it out. I finally had to stop because I ran out of bullets.

Going at a slow pace I can now load 100 bullets in 5 minutes. It takes me longer to load up my primer tubes.

I put off buying one for years never thinking they would be worth it. Boy was I wrong.

Now I'm waiting for my new case of 147 grainers for my 9mm and I'll start reloading again.

You really need to post a video of this,,,
a one minute video will upload quickly,,, and it would show 20 rounds being made!!

I am stuck in the dark ages with my antique/old Dillon 550,,,

:D

If you think that you're in the Dark Ages with youe 550...I just be with the T-Rex with my RL300!

Fear not those blue smurfs have solution for your "problem" :D

I've just recently upgraded to 650 and was shocked how much difference a case feeder makes and can imagine what happens when you add a bullet feeder :)

Just be glad it wasn't toilet paper you ran out of after drinking the water down in Mexico

If you can load 100 in 5 minutes, and you can shoot more than 100 rounds in 5 minutes, you need another setup to double your production :D

It's a great tool, but Az, if it takes you 5m to load a primer tube, you are doing something wrong my friend.

Going semi vs. stockpiling....

I'm finding the rising need for SD preparedness and trying to stockpile against shortages is working against each other big time. I'm trying to become proficient with 3 compact guns (two semi and one revolver) and I'm eating through ammo and trying to keep up a stock of components, especially bullets. Paying for a bunch of case is hard enough but trying to keep high grade stuff for SD evaluation is even harder. I've 'almost' got enough basics for a while and hopefully don't get caught short when it's time to 'bug out'.:D

Dillion has the answer to loading thos primer tubes but it is not cheap.

I actually have one, doesnt work that great. I can fill a tube from dumped in, to the tray to finished in 90sec, and not going all that fast. I usually do it sitting in front of the evening news.

For my 550 I have 11 large primer tubes, all of them have a pin or cotter key in the little hole at the top. I dump 200 primers in a primer tray and pick up all the silver sides then flip. I fill until the stack hits the pin. I fill the primer reservoir first then fill the 11 tubes, that gives not quite 1300 rounds until I need to do it again. At that point I take a bathroom break and start all over again. Keeping the supply of brass and bullets close at hand is a bigger problem.

I use these and like them. They're pretty affordable.

You can also easily make your own longer tubes out of some standard/easy to find plastic tubes if you like.

Do you pause to yell at the TV or just keep plugging angrily?
