I have been getting into revolvers lately. I never had much intrest in them, even with my 627PC sitting at home. Recently i picked up a 66-6 2.5 inch, and completely fell in love with the thing. Ever since there has been an obsession in me for revolvers. Of course, i thought i was done until a freind of mine offered me his 686 4inch for a killer price, so i snagged it too. When will it all end.
Anyway, I dont see a gallery thread on here, so i thought i would post some pics in here, and see how you guys thought i did.
First up, is the safe queen. (sorry crappy pic, i havent had time to shoot it with my new camera)

Next up is the 66. I added the Ahrends grips, and it came with a Mitch Rosen 5jr holster.

Last but not least, is the 686. This has been the best deal so far, i got all sorts of ammo, reloading equipment and supply's and it has the most beautiful trigger i have felt on any revolver. Infact, both of the other ones were sent out on the spot to have the same gun smith work the triggers. (sorry she is dirty, i just go home, and wont have time to clean her today, plus i kinda liked the used look)

Then many more will follow, im a bit of a photographers and pistols of all flavor are my favorite subjects.
I post alot over at sigforum but they have a designated gallery, so i was hoping i was doing the right thing here.

I have a special spot in my heart for my 686 as it was the first handgun I purchased. Yours has more soot than mine does at the moment, but she'll clean up good!

Welcome to the obsession of the revolver. I personally owned mostly semi autos and 2 revolvers. I got into Law enforcement and discovered the beauty of the revolver and how much more accurate they are..So I ended up selling all my semiautos and buying all revolvers...LOVE THEM...they have so much power and beauty...congrats on the obsession and the beautiful pieces.

Well, Brew, if the first picture is "crappy" I'd be pleased to produce crappy pictures.

Nice guns and nice photography. Don

Not a curse but an incurable addiction. Every time I buy one I say to myself (and my skeptical yet incredibly patient wife): "this is the last revolver I'll ever need". That's usually good for about 6 - 8 weeks and then I inevitably start rationalizing why I need another. Up to 5, so far, not counting the three that I've sold relatively recently.

Revolvers ain't a sickness....they're the Remedy...the only therapy for this kind of chronic condition is to continue the therapy...

Quit drinking 2 years, 5 months and 28 days ago, but who's counting. Best thing I have ever done. Now spend my booze money on S&W's, my collection is up to 14. They are as addictive as alcohol but less side effects and a hell of lot more fun collecting and shooting! Down to three semi's. A SA .45 that I have modified for CC, a Sig 228 and my favorite a 77 Browning HP (they are the only semi's I trust my life to). Happy shopping and welcome to S&W Anonymous! You'll have plenty of fellow addicts here to keep you on the straight and narrow and monatarily challenged.

Great looking revolvers! You are doing well. Really like the 66. You need a 3" to go with it. My 66-2 is my all time favorite. Sorry guy's, have to put her pic up again.

There is no cure. Once you're hooked, it's a permanent affliction. Wait until you you become addicted to the really old ones..........

Welcome. Lots of us here feel that all your revolvers should look like that 686 at the end of a hard day.
