Here is my latest build. I wanted to make a Tom Threepersons style with a internal welt on the frame side by the trigger guard. So I added two layers of leather to increase the space on the backside. It makes it rigid and offers a bit less friction wear on the revolver. I'll certainly find out.

That is a fine piece of workmanship (especially nice finishing work on the exposed edges). However, it is not a Threepersons-style holster, but more of a Mexican single-loop style with full skirt and open toe (the Threepersons-style has no loop, no skirt, and a closed toe).

Best regards.

You sir, are an excellent craftsman. Beautiful holster. I remember the holsters you showed on the forum that had the Marine coin on them. I was (and am) impressed.

Even though it isn't strictly a Threepersons design, I love the holster for its thick welt, open toe design, and lining. I think the overall shape (minus the skirt) is a basic Threepersons shape.

Regarding the open toe design, I'll take that over a closed toe any day. I'm convinced the close fit of the closed toe design contributes greatly to finish wear at the muzzle, lining or no lining. Maybe that's just me.

The border stamping is a design I've not seen before. Or if I have seen it, I don't remember it.

This is a great looking holster and belt combination. Period.

I really like your work. Do you sell your creations and do you have a website? If not, you need to think about it!
Larry

I'm retired and enjoying not working so I prefer to not start another company. LOL!

I saw this border stamp on a John Bianchi Frontier Gunleather - Western and Contemporary Gun Holsters, Gun Belts and more gun belt and holster I purchased and finally found it on Tandy Leather's website and retail store. It was when I received the Frontier gun belt that I decided to make my own.
