This holster came into the El Paso gun show last weekend wrapped around the 2" M&P shown. The revolver is a 5 screw and dates from 1948-52. It has lots of blue wear and has evidently been in thsi holster quite a while. But it locks up tight; carried a lot and shot very little.
Can anyone identify the maker of this holster. It has no markigns whatsoever, except for a 4 digit number in ink on the back. It is ohigh quality; good, thick, stiff leather, and nice, detailed engraving. It once had a retaining strap but that has been removed. Any identification help greatly appreciated.
