The dash 1 in the model number indicates it has the 3" heavy barrel. These were introduced in 1967.
I think you mean the serial number is 1J07276. If so, the gun dates to 1983.

I didn't see the 1 at first, so I told the OP 1969-1970... Then I saw the 1 and edited my response to say 1983. Then I looked again and saw it was in the 1982 range, so I had to edit it again. I am wrong at least 50% of the time.
