I've got the gun, scope rail, 1.5 x 5 Tasco, Hogue grip, trigger springs, front grip, bi-pod adapter, 4 mags and a nice tactical case. I hope this isn't against the rules to ask here, but what's a fair price to ask in upstate NY where you can't find one of these. Something else has caught my eye (I hate when that happens!)...............rev

Need to remember. Always adding "goodies" doesn't nessacarily mean you will get your money back that you have into it.

But it would depend on the condition of everything..from bipod, to lens on the tasco...could have installed the trigger springs wrong..not raining on your parade just saying

As far as the price in NY, idk. Although, you would probably make more money if you sold your accessories separately.

Herb Philipson's has them in stock for $479 brand new. I guess less than that. Also guess half the price paid for the accessories if you really want to sell it and sell it in a brief period of time.

If you dont want your 15-22? you can give it to me :)..haha..i would part it out i think it would be easier to sell that way, llike someone stated, not everyone will like or want the combo of accessories you have on it now. good luck on the sale..what else caught your eye?

Id be interested in the hogue grip . And as of right now u could eff sell 3 of those mags . So parting out maybe the way to go

To be honest I'd like to do a FTF locally for everything. I'm eyeballing another 10/22 project. BTW, Bud's had basic guns up for $609 just recently. I figure I have close to $700 in whole package. If I had to lose money I'll keep it. Hey, I didn't say it wasn't a freaking blast to shoot!!!!....................Rev

Just because Buds, local dealer has certian prices doesn't mean anything.

Regardless you are going to lose money, just depends on how much. I'd just keep it and buy the 10/22. You can never have enough .22's for good ole plinker/training fun.

Think of it as buying a brand new car and driving it .8 of a mile and wanting to return it. Depreciates like a !@#$%. So now you are 'stuck' with it. You can either complain and wait couple years. Or make the best of it!

Make the best of the 15-22! Shoot this rifle until the next Mayan countdown :)

It appears you answered your own question...... $700.

Thanks guys. I was just wondering if any of you had heard about people paying crazy $$$ like they are around here for the AR .223's.

On another note I was at Wally's picking up milk and thought I'd waste some time and go look at the empty ammo case. Surprise! Surprise!! There were two 1000 packs of Win M-22's and six boxes of Win 555's. I left one box of the 555's behind so as not to look like a hoarder and grabbed the rest. 4775 rounds for $228, OTD. That's $.05/rd. Maybe I'll just run some of them thru the 15-22 tomorrow and rethink this whole thing!!!!........Rev

Where I live, right now you don't lose money selling used guns, you make money. You can price it for more than you have into it, then you'll get a ton of calls and folks fighting for it. Then you'll see the same gun up for sale a week later for hundreds more, sometimes twice what you sold yours for.

The S&W M&P 15-22 is not at all easily found right now. Even backordered bone stock new ones are going for $620+ online. If I were you, I'd ask at least $700-750 for yours as is and see what happens. If no one wants an AR style 22 cal, then hang onto it, or part it out and offer everything up cheaper. But right now, EVERYTHING AR style is selling. I settled on the M&P15-22 because I couldn't find an AR 22 upper ANYWHERE, and even the uppers I missed out on were hundreds more than the entire M&P 15-22.

Another line from another post.....

Are you sure your not trying to make a mint off some panic buyer?

NO! Not a mint. But I don't want to, as I've done many times, let something go being a nice guy and lose my a$$ on it. I was thinking of asking $800, leaving room to haggle and not lose money on the deal. I just thought you guys might have an idea what these guns are doing 'post slaughter'. I'm thinking it's probably worth more now than it will be in a few months.

Carry on................Jeff

I would have hoarded it all. I would have sold a couple boxes to some friends for the same price I got it. That's how we do it when times are tuff. Thanks to cell phones.

I would list it for what you want. The responses you receive or lack of will determine the price. If you sell it for more than you paid...good for you!! You are not forcing anyone to buy it. It is what it is. :)

Good luck to you!!:)
