I got a bunch of really decent guns. Sig, Walther, too many S&Ws, Beretta, etc.
And all have their good/great points along with a few not-so-great attributes. (I know -- tradeoffs, tradeoffs, tradeoffs.)
So I figured if I ever started my own gun company (anyone want to invest/lend me a couple of million$$$) I'd design and build a pistol that:
Has the frame with the gripability of a Wilson Combat Sig 320;
In DA/SA with the DA of a Sig 250 and SA of a 1911;
The size of a 3914 or maybe a 39;
With a safety ala the 1911 (push down to shoot) and a decocker ala a Taurus PT940, located on frame not slide;
And the ease of disassembly of a Beretta 92;
With a slide that's as smooooth as a Walther P5.
In 9. Or .45. Or .40 as a compromise?
Now THAT would be a pistol!
