If you call S&W about a mag order press 0

The automated answering service will ask if your call is about a magazine order and then send you to a recording about them being on backorder. The call will be terminated after that brief message. Press 0 during the initial message and your call will be sent to a service rep instead.

hahaha yes. I placed order on 28th and recieved an email the first week on January from a customer service rep stating the same thing. If you wait for an actual person on the phone they will see they have no way of telling of an ETA, but he did mention it could be march before orders are fulfilled. If you cant wait go with botach. Yes, the customer service sucks, I was hestiant when they were the last ones in stock. ordered on 8th, tracking info shows them coming tomm. 3 limit order @ 29.99each.

M&P9c. I ordered a 12 round magazine on Dec 28th, when they were available and "in stock". I had called last week and was told that "it might be awhile." Yesterday I ordered a 10 round magazine since they seemed to be available. I also emailed customer service for clarification on my orders since the website doesn't actually give you the status of your order. When I called last week I was on hold for 25 minutes until I got to speak to somebody, I'm not doing that again.
