If your life had a theme song....

The song that comes to mind is the song my Uncle Sam ( a WWI Army Air Service vet ) used to sing " If the ocean were whiskey and I were a duck I would dive to the bottom and drink my way up ". Sam had some great stories about out running the sheriff in his Mercury during prohibition. He also took me pheasant hunting when I was young and gave me the easy shots.
An all around good guy.

Sam was married to my Grandmothers sister Mamie who also had some interesting stories about playing the piano in saloons around Wibaux Montana and for silent movies.

I've got a couple

Prohibition lasted longer than I thought.

The first Mercury appeared in 1938.

Just saying.

I have given strict instructions that this one and Amazing Grace are the only songs allowed at my funeral. [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16KYvfIc2bE[/ame]
