I'm drowning throw me a rope!!

Whatever you do, dont pick up the 27-2, dont admire the smooth double action, don't look at the deep lustrous (sp?) blue, dont admire the checkering on the top strap. An whatever you do dont shoot one. If you do any of the above that gun will in your safe. Dont ask me how I know all this.

Jim, you have more than accurately described the cause of
my affliction. I was hooked with the 80% finish 17-4 that
I bought earlier this week. I can only imagine, how many
dollars are about to leave my wallet.

I'd already have bought the 19 and I'd also get the 27 for those prices.

Kenny B has the right idea do a lump sum negotiation for the whole lot.

No rope from me, as it would not be attached to anything substantial enough to help... My recommendation is to walk away as quickly as you can.;) Sell your long tube 17, cancel your membership on this board and never come near this site or a gun store again. You have started down a slippery slope that can lead you to years of firearm enjoyment and financial poverty.

BUT... that is not what I would do. I would negotiate hard on both of the 357s. The 19's and 27's are some of my very favorite guns. But know in advance that if you buy them, you will just want more - more of the same in different barrel lengths, more of the same with different dash numbers, more of the same in different finishes, at which time you will become interested in the pre-war guns and then there is no hope...:o

How right you are but I want two of each one to shot and one to just sit
in the box.
