Prolly not, but the bottom knife looks like a Beet Knife. The ones I have seen (and used) were wooden handled and looked a lot older than this.
The hook on the end was used to grab a sugar beet and pull it out of the ground. Then you used the knife blade to cut the "top" off of the beet. Then throw it into a farm truck.
My back is starting to hurt just thinking about this.
