After banging on a steel silhouette target in the front yard with my Glock 42 .380 some more yesterday, I feel compelled to comment on what a fine, accurate, reliable, and carry-able pistol it is.
Got it on the Blue Label Program 18 months ago.
Feeds multiple brands of ammo flawlessly, and shoots all to the sights. Fits easily in my right front pants pocket with a nylon pocket holster. Very accurate.

I use my G34 for shooting steel plate matches and paper targets as well . It's always run reliably and I find it to be fairly accurate .
Actually I can shoot it much better than my Colt 1911 .45 .
Now I like my 1911 but the fact is I just find my Glock 34 easier to shoot and I find it much easier to make consistent hits with it.

My Glock 42 has been 100% reliable with every kind of ammo I have used in it, and that includes factory FMJ and hollow-point, and my own hand-loads using my cast bullets.

Bought a gen 3 ex leo and a gen4 frame G21 some months ago. Was alwsys a ‘no glock’ guy but after building a .45 pcc that used G21 mags I was doomed to get a G21 but as I had always wanted a long slide .45 it made sense to build one. The gen 4 frame won out with the beavertail. I’ve used it in two 2gun shoots and find it accurate and easy to run. The pcc is a honey too.

Never been a glock fan but that may be do to being a seasoned shooter before glucks came to be with 1911's since '76 as an owner ! Anyhow there basically reliable pistols . My wife is our familiy's only 380 acp owner/shooter but only occasionally . Between myself my wife and our 2 girls that also CC there are 8 different handgun brands or models, mostly 9mm for primary and a couple 380 as needed . None of the brands or models have been anything but reliable. I currently CC a m&p 4.25 40sw but have a compact 2.0 4" 9mm and a hellcat pro comp I carry one day .

My Glock 43 is my constant companion when I leave home. Small, easily concealable, reliable as a Timex and extremely accurate. I even shoot it suppressed at my range periodically.

I don't necessarily like Glocks. I was forced to carry them throughout my career. Never a problem, I just liked a few other brands better.

BUT, if I were in a John Wick situation and unarmed and I saw a table with three pistols on it and one of them was a Glock...

I know which pistol I would grab.

I loved my G42 - until the P365-380 came out. The Sig has been flawless and I liked the way it fit my hand better. The P365-380 and the Bodyguard 2.0 are now my preferred carries.

I ended up selling the G42 but it was a trusty pal for a few years.
