Man...I love that smell, memories....I had a beautiful hippie girlfriend that used to smear gardenia candle scent on the lightbulb in her room, to this day whenever I get even the faintest whiff of gardenias my mind goes back to an extremely pleasant memory. Patchouli does the same thing, I had somebody put a glob on an old western hat I used to roam around in and that thing will still put off a scent on a hot summer's day. One of my cousins all but kicked me out of her house for having a little patchouli scent on me, brought back some negative memories for her I guess. I still have a small bottle in my medicine cabinet, its a very dark brown and wicked powerful, if you just open the bottle you are going to smell like patchouli. Its one of those smells that people either like or don't like, I never met anyone that was lukewarm about it. Thanks for the little stroll down memory lane Cuz, I'm going to go upstairs and open that bottle, maybe take a little walk out to the shop and try not to get into any trouble.
