Indy pace cars through the years...

The father of my best friend in high school was a Ford dealer and he got one of the 1953 Crestliner Pace car replicas. Talk about a fine car for a couple of high school boys to cruise the drag with! I've had a lot of nice cars since then but none that I can remember turning heads like that one did.

So which one would you like brand new? I will take the 1933 Chrysler Imperial (Phaeton) .

I would've thought you would be a Chrysler "K" car kind of guy.:D

I'd be stuck some where in the 60's muscle cars, the 79 Mustang, and the 2012 ZR1. Tough decisions.

Neat thread Timn8er! Fun to look back.
Tough choice but I think like to park the '69 rag top Camaro in my garage.

The chairman of GM driving a Viper that is too good, surprised there were never any Viper advertisements showing that.

A friend of mine had one of the 78 Vette replicas, I loved the look of that car. Somewhere I have pics of another replica.

I had a 42 studebaker commander and a 50 starlight coupe champion. Dad had a bunch. He said he came west in a I think, 29 president. Think I remember a 1932 president too. He had a 1941 commander and about a 1964 lark. I had a spoiled cousin that had a avanti.
