I recently purchased two 38 specials and was wondering how to determine the age and value. Being an avid waterfowler I have little to zero knowledge of these pistols. Please help
Well, idealy you start with a picture. But untill we get a picture we at least need to know what the writeing on the barrel says, manufactor, any writeing at all, hopefully a serial # (can just put XX for the last numbers,) hopefully a model # or name.
How would you discribe your shotguns? Same deal.
Welcome to the Forum.
Look on the bottom of the butt and tell us the serial number, including any letters, and we can give you a year of manufacture.
