Installing a Delta Point

I have a 629-5 .44 Magnum Hunter Plus with the 7 1/2 slab side barrel and integrated optic cuts on the top of the barrel. I bought a Delta Point, but it does not come with any mounting hardware.

The optics I have bought in the past had mounting hardware with the product. So..

I have heard of the Allchin mounts and others. What do I need to do to mount the Delta Point?

I believe the optics cut you refer to is a picatinny rail. Do a search for a picatinny mount for Leupold Delta point. There should be several sources.

Leupold makes a bunch of mounts, check with them.

Here's another option - Raptor Engineering - Leup, Raptor on S&W M69

Allchin (SP?) also works = both mount in the rear sight mortiss.

I have a Raptor to mount a Burris FastFire3 on mu 986. (Same mount as the Leupold). It gets the sight as close to the bore as anything, and is solid.

That is a nice looking mount! My 629-5 is already cut for a mount, so no need to remove the rear sight. Unless the Leupold mount does not work.
