and just got my ship date for it. Interestingly, Roy hinted that the gun went to a small TX town PD. Well now I HAVE to get a letter for it. It came from the collection of a long time LE guy who spent the later part of his career with the Enforcement Division of the US DOT. I still have more research to do on this fellow and his interesting career and I'm hoping the TX connection will help bring it all together. BTW, the gun was shipped November, 1952.
