My age is showing, but I remember the days when margarine was white and the yellow coloring was packaged separately. When you got it home, you poured in the coloring and mixed it together to give the butter color. Of course, I also remember when the local dairy delivered raw milk, and the paper was delivered in a horse drawn cart!
