Legal Heat is very good. They update frequently and when i've found errors or had questions someone has replied quickly.
Is there a site that has all carrying laws by state??

Legal Heat is very good. They update frequently and when i've found errors or had questions someone has replied quickly.
I don't know what to tell anyone. Hopefully NO other state is like MA in this regard, but we had a major law change passed on 8/14/14, some parts took effect immediately, others on 1/1/15 and some not until 1/1/20!
However, the state has NOT seen fit to update the state law website for any of these changes, so there is no good reference at all.
I've been working on parsing the new law and creating a seminar based on it, but many of the parts that took effect already have not been fully implemented by the state either (I'm in constant contact with the director of the FRB)!
It's frustrating to say the least.
