Is this a decent knife for $20.00?

Come on. No Italian leather shoes? Where do you stand on leather belts? How about holsters?

What if the cow was made/born in Mexico, but tanned in the US? Would you buy those shoes?

How do you feel about world-class German or Norwegian steel?

Don't know what it is with me, but knives and shoes have to be USA made:confused:

Not just knives and shoes. Join my nonimportation movement and we'll make our manufacturing great again in no time ;)

I wouldn't buy it either. Companies need to learn and so does the consumer!

Taylor Cutlery supplies these knives nowadays, and virtually 100% are made in China. That doesn't automatically mean a junk knife, but the S&W branded knives I have looked at in the past 10 years or so I would NOT buy.

I would pass.
Already have some questionable knives.
Like this one - I can just hear somebody say - look at that junk knife he bought!
No! I didn’t buy it .
I found it. Possible the dude who bought it realized his mistake and just threw it away!
Just like Truck Gun , this is a Truck Knife.
