Is this a good buy?

I am looking to buy an MP9 and follow with a suppressor.

I found this for sale and wondering what I should look for in buying a second hand firearm.

From the ad:
Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm with threaded barrel in excellent condition, ambi safety, two mags, Hogue grip sleeve, factory paperwork, box, lock, and test round casing. It's had about 200 rounds through it.

$460 FIRM

Remove the ridiculous safety and its not bad. I am selling a brand new one that's never been fired with three magazines and night sights for $480, so its in the ballpark.
