I am still having a hard time getting over this "Snubbies" infection I picked up.... I have had this condition a while, but this summer, having had five outbreaks this summer alone, has been rough. What I did not know, was that there are differing strains! It seems that I was only vaccinated (at "The Warden's" insistence) for the current strain. Previous strains, like the flu vaccine, are ineffective against the older strains not seen often....
I am likely to have a revolver at hand, sometimes more than one. I like J Frames.... I really like J frames..... REALLY!
So, I was visiting my favorite enabling gun shop owner today, and I immediately fell ill to my condition. I am helpless, HELPLESS! It was truly a case of "you had to be standing there" at that time. Honestly, I have been looking for a S&W Model 36 of this vintage for some time. Serial number is somewhere about 1963-64-ish.
She's a bit dusty and needs some loving care, and that shall come in the next day or so. I was instantly afflicted again..... Lord shield me from "The Warden".... I cannot bear to tell her at this time. That's my excuse, and I am sticking to it!
