It starts.... - Feinstein's Bill

Beretta CX4 Storm and Hi-Point PCC's are on the "assault rifle" list but no word on the M1a. Looks like I got my next purchase lined up.

So it says all Thompson Rifles, I have a bolt action Thompson and a Thompson Muzzleloader. The way it is worded it includes those!! It maybe a wording error but still!! I see they left the Mossy 464 off, I may have to get the "tactical" lever action!

Nothing wrong with snagging an M1A for its own sake, but it's probably premature to start making expensive purchases based on Feinstein's wish list...

S&W M&P 15 called out in Feinstein bill

Where a link to this list...can't see it on my phone

Need to read the bill first because I bet there is a trailing clause that reads something to the effect "any other rifle that is not listed that we don't like for whatever reason"

OUTRIGHT LIES !!! Disgusting ... Why is the NRA-ILA not buying any air time, and blasting some truth to the public?
Who is going to give the NRA air time? They can produce adds but networks will not run them. To them the liberal agenda is more important than the money the NRA would pay them to run adds. If it were a fair fight the truth would win every time but they don't play fair.

Feinstein's list of 150 guns that should be banned

Feinstein calls for banning more than 150 types of firearms | The Daily Caller

This link takes you to the 150 evil guns that Diane Feinstein, flanked by Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin, proposed should be banned. They even want my fancy Mini 14 tactical rifle that someone's grandpa carved.

I didn't see the Kel-tec KSG shotgun on that list but I am sure it will be. I wish I had one. I thought they were pretty cool. I held a streetsweeper once before the last ban Could have bought it for $350 from my FFL dealer before they went class 3. That was my biggest regret and mistake while purchasing firearms! Dealer told me it took him 3 months to get it. Coulda had it, shoulda got it -Oh well.

The Mini 14 Tactical is listed, but the Ranch rifle isn't.

Proof that their entire uneducated and emotional based attack is a joke!

I found it interesting that she is going after the Barrett .50BMG semi-autos, but left out the M1 Carbine.

Hopefully this bill will get shot down quickly.

I can't remember hearing about too many cases (OK, none) where a semi auto beltfed was used to commit a crime.

You just had to mention this, didn't you? But it's not like I have one, or if I did I wouldn't comply with the law.

No offense intended. I was just surprised to see the Barretts on the list. Have they ever been used in a crime? Given how expensive they are, how many private citizens even own one of these beauties?

For that matter, when you're shooting a .50BMG, does it really matter if it's a semi-auto, bolt or single shot?

I fail to see the logic how they made their selections. My guess is that they went by appearance.
