I've Definitely Got A Sickness...

I don't know about the rest of you, but sometimes, it's fun to pull a bunch of your collection out for a personal a gun show. Today was 3.5" N-Frame .357 Magnum day, and I think it is the first time that I have had them all out together. Since I had them all out, I thought I'd take a quick iPhone photo of the 3.5" herd... and that's when it hit me - I've got a sickness, and I think it may be terminal.

Richard, what a terrific collection of 3.5 inch N frame 357s! Yes, probably a bit of a sickness but if one is to have an addiction I suspect this is the one to have and you are not alone. At one point I had more than 40 Colt Woodsmans but no group pictures and those are being converted to S&Ws as time passes. Beautiful 357s, we sure look forward to your posts.

I only have one 3.5". My 1956 unfired .357 Magnum.

Before someone jumps in and corrects me, unfired since leaving the factory.

You have more 3.5" guns than I have guns.

Richard, thank you for posting! I’ve been assembling a meager collection of S&W revolvers over the last couple of years. My pride and joy of my herd is a shooter grade Pre Model 27 3.5. Looks like I have room for advancement in my 3.5 grouping.

I had an excessive compulsive hoarding illness once too. Enjoy them while you have them though. Like Jamie Colby on Strange Inheritance always says at the end of every show, "remember, you can't take them with you."
