IWB Holster and Lasermax Centerfire

I have a Lasemax Centerfire for my 40 Shield on its way. When buying an IWB Holster, do you recommend one fitted for the Lasermax (or any Laser) or, for concealed carry does it make sense to not have the laser on the Shield?
Is the Lasermax something most of you keep on your Shield all the time? I can't imagine that the Lasermax will come into play when an immediate threat occurs. I have always carried a KelTec in my pocket, so this is all new to me with IWB carry with the larger Shield.

I have a holster made for the Shield with lasermax and a holster for the Shield without. But I usually just keep the lasermax on the Shield all the time. Just don't feel like taking it off and putting it on all the time. It's pretty fast to activate the laser if you do need to use it in a self defense situation. The Shield is pretty tiny so even with the lasermax on it does not add much weight or girth when conceal carrying it

Which holster do you have? I'm looking for one as well for my Shield 9 with a Lasermax.
