I really prefer OWB in a good holster. More comfort, quicker access, etc.. The problem is in going inside somewhere and wearing a jacket or cover garment where its warm. Not easy to take the holster off but you look kind of strange wearing a coat inside.
Least comfortable is IWB. If its not perfect, its not comfortable. If its not comfortable, you tend not to do it all the time.
I've found Remoras to be the best as far as IWB comfort goes. I would still prefer it in a holster.
What do you all do? Grin and bear it? Keep your coat on and burn up?
I try and dress and carry dependent on where I plan on being, but you know how plans go. A paddle holster is nice for versatility but not the best for concealment.
Just thinking out loud here and know some fine ideas will surface with this group.

I've been carrying IWB appendix for years... It's my main mode of carry. I carry a Kahr .380, Sig P938, sw642, and Sig P250 .40 compact in that location. The first three I can and do carry for 10 hours a day.

I find it perfectly comfortable with the right holster and gun. I prefer it over OWB because I don't need to concern myself with ensuring my gun is covered since I'm on the move a lot. On the weekend I carry OWB at times if I'm running to the store in jacket weather.

Since I carry all day, wearing a jacket constantly isn't going to happen, nor will constantly adjusting my shirt to stay concealed.

I'm trying appendix, but so far have not found it comfortable when sitting.
So far the remora at 4:00 has been best up to a compact semi. It really stays put.

I take my coat off.

Most don't notice that there's a gun on my belt and the ones that do notice don't care.
You're lucky. It would cause some concern some places I end up, plus I prefer it concealed.

Pocket carry works in any weather and social situation. You are unlikely to get hugged in that location, and need come up with awkward explanations.

The downside is that pocket pistols are necessarily small, with limited capacity. And they're not as fast to reach in an emergency. However, if you see things going south, you can place you hand on the grip without attracting undue attention. At that point, it's just as fast as a belt holster.

Nor are you limited to .380 or .22 LR. Mine is a Springfield XDs in .45 ACP with a 5+1 capacity. If it's the primary EDC, I carry two 7 round magazines as a backup.

I CC a full sized Glock...a G22. I xarry it IWB 100% of the time I am dressed and I FINALLY found a comfortable holster...a Galco KingTuck hybrid. I carry at 4:00 o'clock with the cant putting the grip tilted forward. It has been comfortable since I started carrying with it, though it did take about 3 days for it to get to the point I don't even notice it is there.

^^Ditto^^

Hybrid at 4:00. Not uncomfortable at all. Feels natural. But, this is with subcompact, single stack 9's. Definitely not as comfortable with Glock Model 36, so I rarely carry it.

Carrying IWB does not automatically mean that it will be uncomfortable...I invest in the highest quality holster I can afford ( Milt Sparks, Kramer, Lobo, DeSantis, Galco, Gould & Goodrich, Bianchi, etc.) and then make sure I use a very sturdy belt to support it.

If you can fold your belt in half vertically it is NOT sturdy enough!

I carry my 442 AIWB in a Lobo offset clip holster/belt rig. It's as comfortable and concealed as you're going to get!

I use an Adams Holster's IWB for my SigmaF more often when I have back pain, it provides support, very comfortable. OWB is Black Hills Leather. Be Safe,

IWB in a PJ holster is the best for me. Easy on and off and very secure. Dreams also very quick.

Right now the way the weather is my LCP gets dropped right in my coat pocket, no muss, no fuss and I just make sure my coat stays with me!;)

OWB, 4:00, Galco Combat Master (I have one for each carry piece), and I dress around it. If I needed to, I could carry my AMT Back-up in an ankle holster instead, but I've never needed to.

Since 1990 a 3913 in a Sparks Summer Special.............summer/warm weather..... a lightweight untuck/unbuttoned (maybe buttoned) fishing style shirts (square tail/sleeves rolled up and buttoned) one size large.........

or Hawaiian shirts are good when going out for a casual meal with the wife......

If asked, which rarely happens..... "These are great.... I need the pockets for my reading and sun glasses also for shopping/honey do lists phone , pen etc." ...... or "You know these shirts are rated at 50 Spf"

Might try ("nate squared") N82 Tactical if comfortable IWB is desired. I've looked for years for the ultimate in comfort IWB...they come close. More often though, preferring OWB, I'll go that OWB with an untucked shirt, or failing that, cargo pants/shorts with a good pocket holster in the cargo pocket. Never saw specifically what you are trying to carry so can't over more suggestions than that. Good luck.

I carry IWB most of the time outside the house. I tend to switch to a paddle holster once I'm home and around the house. My IWB isn't uncomfortable, but I know it's there. My paddle holster is very comfortable.

I have accidentally run off still wearing the OWB, but I usually just untuck my shirt and throw it over it. I've noticed this is usually when I'm working on my Jeep and need to run into town to get a part or something.
