I lucked-up and picked up a no-hole 317 the other say day for a fair price. My wife TOOK it from me and I am now looking for another one for ME.

It is light and short, but she can put 14 of 16 rounds in the target with a few bullseyes......believe me, that is outstanding for her. I will buy another one tomorrow if I run across one.

If you look on pg 2, #15, of the replies to this thread, you'll see the 8-shot 63/317 speedloader from DS-10. It works great - get a 4 x 8 loading base, too. The grips on my 63 are the '60 Pro' grips - $43 + s/h from S&W Accessories.

I still love than combination - great plinker - decent trigger, too, right out of the box.
