I have an old set of J targets for which I never had a stock screw.
Looking in my 1981 printed S&W parts book, I find the P/N's in the subject line as options.
It appears that the 072550000 is too large in diameter for the set of stocks I have since I bought one and it didn't fit.
Anyone have any info on P/N 071910000? Can't seem to find any pics or specs online.
I did find a post here on the forum that stated that J Frame grip screws were originally a #3-48 thread before switching to #5-44 in the '70's which I think is what I'm likely after, but not sure if P/N 071910000 is it.
