I've bought a couple of his guns. Straight forward transactions with no issues. He usually has nice stuff, penny auctions, and his info and photos for the gun are top shelf.

That's not a smart allec response . . . he presents every make and type of firearm in a very accurate and honest presentation with outstanding photos . . . the firearm speaks for itself.
I also believe the price earned reflects a premium for his earned reputation.
What Russ said ^^^^. I've bought from him a few times, excellent transaction. If I were selling quality guns, I'd consider him for marketing, he seems to get the most out of a sale.
I agree with what everyone else has said about JTD. I bought one from him. Great pictures that were a very accurate account of the gun. If there are flaws, he will point them out so you are not surprised. Gun was shipped quickly and very well packed. I don't know if there are many better sellers than him on the net. Just looked for his stuff on GunAction (must be on vacation)........His feedback - 9513 positive, 0 negative, 3 neutral. That speaks volumes to me.
I will throw my recommendation for JacktheDog in the ring. Mark has sold a bunch of guns for me when I needed to cash in the collection and for a friend who's husband died. Yes, you pay a commission but his auctions will net you more than that because sellers know that his descriptions are accurate and well researched. As a seller, I have sometimes winced when he found flaws but I still did very well on every sale.
Good man!
