I pocket carry my tiny NAA Pug in .22 Mag. it isn't what I want - but it is all tradeoffs, it weighs nothing and it is terrifying when shot. At least to me!

Do I carry when I jog, no. Do I always carry, yes. Odd.

The first seems acceptable under certain circumstances. The second makes perfect sense. Not odd at all, particularly to me. I have followed that regimen for perhaps two decades. It's not all that difficult.

Pistolwear is what you want. I run 3 miles with the mini one with my 642 and a speed strip of extra ammo in the mini mag pouch. Holds the gun in place and is the lowest profile I have found. Can wear workout attire and not need a belt or a fanny pack bouncing around. Keeps the gun dry from sweat except for the grip.
