If one thinks $25 or $35 a yr is too much to join, or one doesn't believe in everything the NRA does, they could just donate some money.

Thanks for joining the club. I think allot of people just don't know what the NRA is about. I will bet you there are thousands of people out there that think the NRA is just a bunch of gun loving serial killers that don't care about normal people. Just look at the media today and that should confirm the statement. I think that if people were better informed as to what the NRA and it's members are really about the membership would increase even more with the current cost. Knowledge is power.

I've been an annual or three year member for over twenty years.
Thanks to a forum member giving a heads-up, I'm now a life member. $300 was just too good to pass up.

I also signed up for the GOA and SAF a few months ago. They do a lot of local and state legal battles.

I finally joined back in February. Also signed up my 7 year old with a Junior Membership. We received the member cards a couple of weeks ago, but we still haven't got our free gifts ( Hat/Duffel Bag) Got my first issue of the free magazine last week.
