jp recoil eliminator

Hoping to get advice from some on this forum who have installed the jp recoil eliminator. It looks like I need to go an additional 1 1/4 turn to index the darn thing. Do I have the crush washer on right? I tried it both ways and am close to the same end position either way. curved side to device or stock? hand twist or shove the shaft of a screw driver through it and torque it?

directions that came in the package weren't really helpful.

I too saw the grabagun special and couldn't pass it up.

Do you have any pics?
The crush washer "points" to the shooter. Cup side towards device.
1 1/4 turns is a LOT. If you go one full turn and you are right back to where you started.
If your crush washer is ruined, I know where you can get a new one.
