That is an amazingly hard error to make if the verdict forms are like the ones here in WA. How hard? I'd say it's time to file 12 Guardianships. That hard.

Catch 22 here, the courts could come back and say that if his mother didn't have him they would not have mistakenly released him so sue his mother.


At least some folk defending his self won't have to go to court for shooting him when he broke into the wrong house that was protected with a firearm.
