I bought a k-22 mod 17-3 serial 3k69561 6 inch pinned barrel with target trigger, hammer and grips about a year ago. it is a beatiful gun and a pleasure to shoot. The blueing and cylinder shows very little wear. I was wondering if some of you could tell me a little about the gun and when it was manufactured. I

Looks like your gun was made in 1972. The M17 and other
22 revolvers are selling pretty high and the price seems to
be holding it's on if not going up. These guns are fun to
shoot and very accurate. Don

WOW I bought one a month or two ago with SER# thats 38 out from yours, and yes 1972. Prob made in the same day!

Waiting for delivery of my 4" 18-3 from a GB auction. Yes, I am sure I paid the going rate if not some but like Hawkeye said there won't be any fire sales on classic .22lr revolvers any time soon and very few K-22's are listed anywhere regardless of pricing. I intend to shoot it and enjoy it. Will try to post pictures with some help.
