K frame difference

What's is the difference between a mod 13 and mod 65? I know the 65 is SS and the 13 is carbon steel. I have seen mod 13 in nickel

You nailed the difference. Stainless=65. Blue or nickel=13.

The differences you noted are the extent of differences.

Model 13, blued carbon steel or nickel plated carbon steel. Model 65 stainless steel.

All three versions are great.
