Karma, 1957 Pre 29

Thanks to fellow forum members to my knowledge all this 1957 pre 29 is missing is a factory letter.

If anyone spots anything not correct please advise.

My goal was to get this piece back to an original box, stocks and tools. It is in 98+ condition and I figured this piece deserved it. I took the plunge and decided to complete it and this site was one of the best resources to get the accessories I needed. Thanks for all the help!

Below the photos of the pre 29 you will see photos of a screwdriver and owners manual date March 12 th 1973 for a model 29. This is the only thing left that was with this piece when I purchased it.

I figured that since I have it completed and have these left over they are up for grabs!!! with free shipping in lower 48

Only 1 catch you have to post photos of "your" pre 29. Then I will number pieces of paper from 2 to ?, for as many post that are on this thread. On July 14 th I will draw a winner and PM the the member for a shipping address.

I have since picked up a box and screwdriver,but I'm not real conerned about completing the set. My fire for such things seems to be waning to a disturbing degree. I've got a letter on this one somewhere,but don't feel like digging it out. I'm thinkin' it's April or May of 1956,but I could be mistaken. I sent the serial number to Bill Cross and he said it should be among the first 50-100 manufactured.

The only minor item that is incorrect for your very nice 44 Magnum "package" is the brush. It should have a wound brass core rather than a galvanized core.

Nice gun, Mine is a 6 1/2 5 screw serial# s 1662XX not sure of the ship date and can't do the pictures yet. I need a correct period sight adj. tool where you get your's? O ya the grips have someone's ssn carved on the inside. Thats ok the cokes are mint.
