Karma Time!!! Winner is.....Post #48 WalkinJack! Recipe added!

You lucky dawg!

My sweet toof is drippin'! Miss Pam won't let me get into it this close to dinner. I asked her, "How 'bout I just have this for dinner?". She just gave me the look.

I will report on all the assorted fudges as well as the bourbon balls.

Thanks again to Pawngal for this tasty karma. :)

You are very welcome, enjoy!

we need the bourbon ball recipe, if it isn't a family secret...

Link to basic recipe that I use.
Kentucky Bourbon Balls Recipe

Changes I make:
More nuts, pecans. I run them quick thru the food processor. More surface area means they can absorb more bourbon.
Use More bourbon.
Soak in a pint jar for several days, shake around every once in a while.
I use chocolate flavor almond bark. And only dip them 1/2 way, otherwise I think the chocolate is overwhelming.
Lots of piddly work!

Welp, the votes are all in. Miss Pam, her brother and his wife all agree. Those bourbon balls are THE BOMB! Its all good. Never knew there were that many varieties of fudge. My culinary horizons are now broadened.

My evening routine after diner, for as long as the supplies last, is a large mug of decaf and a few pieces of the goodies. Hard to beat a sugar high. :^)
