I never could understand , with half the country on the left, and half on the right, why all of the "News" outlets except one fight over half the pie. Seems like a stupid business decision to me. Fox gets half just for turning on the camera.

Never watched Olberman, so I won't miss him.

I would never seek him out, but once in a while while channel surfing, I'd stumble over it, and pause a moment to see what he was talking about. Invariably, within seconds something totally condescending, inflammatory, and usually about Bush would spew.

If I never see or hear him again it will be too soon.

I made it a point to watch this moron prior to the 08 elections. Not because I like him, but because I wanted to see what the other side was doing. I thought to myself that surely no one could actually believe what this creature is spewing onto the airwaves. I guess I was wrong. There were apparently enough sheep that beleived his slobbering rants against G.B. at the time that gave us the resulting regime we now have. It does seem to be turning around though. I, like many others, have been taxed enough already.

This new guy with the big square head, Lawrence O'Donnel is different. He's not sarcastic and smarmy like Olbermann. He's really sincere. Sincerely nuts, but at least he means it. And with the most real concern, almost on the verge of dropping his head into his hands and crying, he'll give a monalogue about some bizarre misconception or trivial matter. For example, he will say something like, "Studies show that 85% of caribou are registered democrats, is it any wonder Sarah Palin takes joy in murdering them". Then have "experts" on to discuss it for a half hour. All this while terrorists, real bad guys, could have been caught that day building bombs in a NYC apartment. It's funny to watch. Like a SNL skit but these three guys, O'Donnel, Maddow, and Matthews are serious.

O'Donnell needs to take his meds daily or he may be a danger to himself or others. Have seen him flip out many times, especially when arguing with Buchanan or "Morning Joe". He wont last long.
