Went to Camp Perry on Thursday with a couple of buddies, and on the way home we stopped at a restaurant named McCarthys in Port Clinton. Saw they had Kilkennys on tap, and since I've never drank it, I had one, as did my buddies.
Let me tell you, it is one excellent Irish Ale. Smooth and very tasty. I now have to find a distributor local to Elyria, OH who can get it for me, although I'm not adverse to going up to Port Clinton once in a while to have it. The food was very good also.
There is a fish place called the Jolly Roger up there too, and the perch dinner is excellent as well. It is a local haunt for shooters during the National Matches.
