I bought this a while back but never really got around to using it. I wanted to compare it with my new mountain gun. The Kimber exceeded my expectations. I don't have any feeler gauges yet but the Kimber appears very tight and locks up nice. Small frame and lightweight so full house 357 loads you know it but nice and accurate. This has the combat sights and hits point of aim. 38 wadcutters were great to shoot and accurate as well.

My buddy carries one of these EDC. Shorter barrel. He qualifies with it for both Security card and HR218 with .357 loads. I think Smiths are better looking but these are good revolvers.

I have the Target 4". Have not shot it that much, but the action is pretty smooth. On recoil though (.38) recoils more than a comparable S&W. The lighter weight is a factor. Bob

I have a few thousand rounds through my K6S snubby. At least half of them 357s. Great little revolver. Love the sights, trigger, and form factor. I carry it often. As an alternative my Diamondback SDR snubby in black nitride is just as good and weighs a bit less.

I have the same DASA Combat and find it to be on par if not better than the new Colts and new S&W's. It really is a well put together firearm. I want to try out the newish lightweight variant but haven't yet.

Have the K6xs best snubby I've ever owned. Several years ago I decided I would live the snubby lifestyle but which one.( As a retired cop I carried Js and Colt LW Cobras during my career as an LEO.)

I purchased a 2" Kimber K6, A Smith 640 Pro and a new Colt Cobra 38. Shot, and carried all three, at different times, for over a year. Today I carry a Kimber K6xs and it is accurate, good sights, great grip and 16 ozs. Shoots to POA and has no problem with +P ammo.

If you don't mind my asking, I'm just curious, how do you carry and what kind of holster do you use for your K6xs?

I love mine. I've got one of the DLC blacked out models with VZ stocks and boot carry it all day every day. IMG_8088.jpeg

Nicely finished, very accurate with a smooth 8lb DA trigger.

Simple and rugged with excellent trigger and sights. I prefer the lines of coined frames, but that's just aesthetics.
