Could the L frame handle a 6x10mm setup?
10mm is only slightly higher pressure than 357, and the L frame handles even 7x357 (and 5x44 Mag).
10mm rim dia is .425, 357 rim dia is .440.
Edit: Ok, just became aware of the 646...
