L-frame grips?

A friend recently picked up a 6" 686.
My question is about those wonderful grips.
Looks really good and the owner says they feel great.
I noticed the company logo is on them, so I'm wondering; is this wood grips all the new guns get these days?

Not all the new 686s. Maybe a talo special or a deluxe model might get those

I think just on the deluxe models. And Altamont makes em.
