L-K Frame Question

I just aquired a"Bubba'd" 686-4 with a "hiccup" trigger job.
I happen to have a trigger and hammer from a K-38 and wondered if it will fit/function in the 686.
Anybody know?

the trigger will work...the hammer will not....need an L Frame-specific hammer....i have an L frame Case colored Target Hammer..pm me if you could use it

Correct; Bubba is the gremlin who makes 1 ounce triggers, buggered screws, and similar "gotchas".
