It appears someone gets kicked out of a club in LA so they drive their car into a crowd. Then the driver gets shot by someone in the crowd and runs leaving the scene.
So how do you think the DA in LA is going to treat the shooter. I am sure they will find them.

If I were the DA—and if the most recent account I read of the event is true, namely, that the driver had been handcuffed by security before being shot by a bystander—I'd charge the guy with felony assault, at a minimum.
