In the few minutes since my last post... the USPS rider has come by with a package. I had won a auction on GB for 32 DA topbreak grips: Smith & Wesson 32DA Top Break revolver grips : Grips at GunBroker.com
After additional measurements by the seller & myself on my Second Edition (1909) Ladysmith 22 HE... I decided to take a chance. The seller generously offer return privledges if they did not fit... They DO match the original grips perfectly but the hole for the butt locating pin is off very slightly. I'm going to have to think about this...

I have decided to return the 32 DA top break grips. The profile does match the Ladysmith HE second edition but the locating hole is wrong leaving a gap & the grips are thicker.
If they'll help anyone out, let me know tonight, before I ship them.
