I didn't want to hijack the other current thread on laser grips, so please forgive me for starting this one.

At 6'6", I have rather large paws. I have been shooting my 60-9 for years with Hogue grips and have been comfortable with them. I'm considering upgrading to laser grips. From the looks of it, the CTC LG-350 or LG-305 seem to be my best choices for larger hands. Would you agree?

Also, what is the difference between the LG-350 & LG-305 models? I really didn't see much, but my coffee hasn't taken effect yet this morning, so I might be blurry still. ;)

Thanks for your input and be safe!

Handgun grip selection is really subjective, BUT I was really excited about the new CT LG-350 grips, until I saw and felt them.

I even went so far as to sell my CT-305 grips thinking it was a no brainer and that the new LG-350 would be so much better.

Well, I passed on the new LG-350 and purchased another new CT 305.

Things that gave me pause on the LG-350 grip:

*** seemed smaller than the pics indicated (CT 305 is longer)
*** activation button seemed 'squishy'
*** fit was not as good as the CT-305
*** preferred the crisper grip 'feel' on the CT-305

Overall the LG-350 grips felt smaller and squishy.

Note: I fully realize a lot of folks will absolutely love the LG-350; just not for me.

I'm a firm believer in CT grips and use the LG-305's on my J frames. The slightly longer grip length works great for me and still disappears in my pocket without a problem.
It seems to me that the biggest difference between the -305's and the -350 is that the base grip material is hard plastic on the -350's with rubber inserts where needed. I think the -305's will feel much closer to the Hogue grips if that's what you like.

As 4Given stated, you really need to handle both to make the best decision, but you'll probably really like either one.

My hands are pretty good sized, not huge but large. I get along just fine with the CT-305 grips on my J Frames. Wouldn't be without them!

I have XL hands and the 405s work fine. I only pocket carry though.

I know that doesn't answer your question at all haha. I'd get the 305s over the 350s though.
