Just finished my latest project. Hand beaded knife sheath. I also made the knife handle. Fringe on the sheath is dark green suede with brass cones and dull red tile beads. In last picture, knife is second from the top. Still have to make sheaths for the other knives.

The Damascus looking blades I got at a Living History show. Don't know who makes them. Not real Damascus. Third one down is a Green River blade. A lot of Living History sellers carry them. Almost done with the sheath for that one. The small one at the top, I'm going to make a neck knife sheath for it and give it to my grandson. I'm also making a beaver tail hunting pouch for him with a ball pouch for the round balls. I gave him my TC Hawken (.45 percussion) last year. He's 11 years old.

Very nice. I've always wanted to try my hand at doing beadwork.
I've got a Green River knife blade that I'm planning on finishing and making a neck knife sheath for.
I'd love to see more of your work, keep us posted.

You do good work. The knife on the left in the bottom picture. I got a deer leg bone and if I ever get around to it I am going to make a handle like that. It looks like you only have one pin in it. Do you fill the handle up with expoxy? If it is a trade secret I understand. Larry

The knife with the leg bone isn't finished yet. I ran into a problem. The blade is too hard, and I don't have a drill bit that will drill it. I might have to epoxy it. I have to shape the guard for it also.

Another knife and sheath. Knife has a bone blade that I bought at a pow wow and the handle is a deer leg bone. The pouch that I am making for my grand son. Some of my "stuff". another hunting pouch, a turtle shell pouch for round balls, a tooled holster, some neck knives with beaded handles.
